Perfect for your recklessly angry teenager
Bought this as a gift for my little brother who was the embodiment of anger (“even prior to leaving the womb” according to mom) and he loves it. Owning three other rabbits from AM myself I already knew the quality would be fantastic, the long red fur sheds on everything but that’s manageable depending on where you keep it. I’m eagerly awaiting the release of at least 4 currently in the works.

Beautiful Rage
All of the mental health bunnies/toys are so useful and wonderful. Any one who experiences mental illness or distress would do well to remember that most of these qualities within us that often show up in anger, or sadness, or anxiety (or any other symptom), are unhealed parts of ourselves that really need for us to be loving and kind to ourselves. Instead, we have been taught that they are "wrong" and "bad", and result in us being further hurt by having to push that bit of us away instead of being able to sit with it and work through it, or we are told to be ashamed of it. Through having these very truthful representations to hold in snuggly toy form and to be loving with, even in those moments when we feel completely unlovable or going through unhappiness, we can explicitly hold space for that part of ourselves and work through it. I absolutely love having this opportunity to see what's really happening if I'm feeling angry, and am so grateful to be able to be compassionate with that part of me.

Amazing !!
I struggle with anger issues , and I have for years . This little guy really helps me with them , and with understanding that I’m not just angry , but I’m hurt as well . I love him so much !!
